　　1976年在比利時(shí)克諾克的兩年一度的國(guó)際詩歌會(huì)中創(chuàng)立了世界兒歌日，由13歲以下的兒童每年在3月21日(二十四節(jié)氣中的第4個(gè)節(jié)氣春分)———春天到來的第一天舉行慶�；顒�(dòng)。主題是：關(guān)愛兒童、締造和平、消滅戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)、建設(shè)家園。這項(xiàng)活動(dòng)得到了聯(lián)合國(guó)教科文組織的認(rèn)可和支持。每年這一天，各國(guó)兒童組織、教育機(jī)構(gòu)用各種形式慶祝這一節(jié)日。

　　我國(guó)從1999年開始，每年舉行各種形式的活動(dòng)慶祝世界兒歌日。
